- Send your payment within 1 hour after you have successfully submitted your form to claim your items.
- We do not take responsibility for any lost, missing, or damaged items. However, we will try our best to prevent these issues.
- Failure to pay your 2nd or 3rd payment on time will result in the forfeiture of your items. Your items will be put up for reclaim, and you will not receive a refund.
- You understand that GOs can take a long time. Delays frequently happen. We are not a webshop, we have fulltime jobs and do this on the side
- You understand that costs can be higher than expected due to customs and shipping.
- PC sorting is a preference, not a guarantee. We are subject to luck with the pulls too.
- Any complaints about e.g. missing goods must be made within 48 hours of receiving the items.
